Pressure scanner enable multi-point synchronous pressure measurement to aid in aerospace testing.

Pressure testing is a crucial component of aerospace testing, involved in tracking and measurement systems, remote sensing systems, and remote control systems. Pressure parameters are measured using pressure sensors. Traditional pressure measurement methods involve deploying multiple pressure sensors, resulting in complex wiring and low efficiency. With the development of the aerospace industry, the requirements for pressure measurement equipment are becoming increasingly stringent. Pressure scanner, with their multi-channel and high-precision characteristics, play a key role in aerospace pressure testing.

A pressure scanner is a device used to achieve multi-point synchronous pressure measurement, playing an irreplaceable role in several critical stages of aerospace testing.

In rocket engine testing, the uniformity and stability of pressure distribution within the combustion chamber are crucial to engine performance. Pressure scanners can be deployed at multiple measuring points to monitor pressure changes in different areas of the combustion chamber in real time, providing data support for optimizing injector design and combustion efficiency. During high-speed flight, phenomena such as surface airflow separation and shock wave oscillations cause pulsating pressure changes. Pressure scanners, in conjunction with silicon piezoresistive or thin-film strain gauge sensors, can simultaneously acquire pulsating pressure data at multiple locations on the spacecraft surface, providing a basis for aerodynamic design and structural strength analysis. In rocket servo systems and propellant supply pipelines, pressure fluctuations directly affect control accuracy and safety. Pressure scanners can be used for differential and micro-pressure measurements, monitoring the pressure status at various points in the pipeline in real time to ensure stable system operation.

Despite the excellent performance of pressure scanners in aerospace testing, some technical challenges remain. Therefore, KETU&TEST continues to invest in research and development, focusing on product updates and iterations. In the future, pressure scanners will also develop towards intelligence, miniaturization, and networking. With the continuous advancement of sensor technology, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and network communication technology, pressure scanners will play an increasingly important role in future aerospace telemetry and control systems, providing solid data support for promoting the development of aerospace technology.
